My greatest joy is witnessing the “a-ha”moment people experience after a Nia®, Ageless Grace® or Moving Meditation class. People may come to class feeling tired, anxious, or overwhelmed and they leave feeling refreshed and energized. I’ve seen people literally change their lives because they found their voice through movement. I personally changed my life from a career that no longer fit to living my passion and helping others to shine from the inside out.

My name is Teresa D'Angelo. I am a dancer, a teacher and practitioner of the healing arts. My passion is educating people of all ages how to move and feel better and rekindle their vibrancy. You can read my full story in finding healing through illness at www.healthcentral.com.

Live Love Move® was created to give you access to different practices that move your body in engaging ways to inspire and connect you more deeply to your inner wisdom.

Moving consciously with attention can heal and transform us. We hold “issues in our tissues” from past traumas and experiences that therapeutic dance movement can help us explore in healthy ways. Moving with awareness stimulates confidence, creativity and enhances brain health through neuroplasticity.

I love moving with adults of all ages, up to 100 years old in independent and assisted living and memory care! My specialty is supporting women who experience chronic pain due to illness, injury or cancer recovery to feel more pleasure in their lives.

Through private sessions, group classes and specialty programs* you will learn to connect with your body and yourself to discover the YOU that desires to be seen and heard. It doesn’t matter if you are an athlete or you’ve never “danced" in your life. Mind-body movement is adaptable to all ages, body types and abilities!
