Our bodies hold stories of strength, adaptability, and renewal. In this moving experience, we will explore how physical sensation—strength, agility, flexibility, mobility and stillness—can help us reconnect to our inner resilience.

Through music and mindful movement, play and conversation, we focus on our natural resilience that allows us to move through challenging times with strength and grace. Enjoy moving with the healing arts of the Nia® mind body practice and a blend of moving meditation. No dance experience necessary!
