About Teresa

Your guide is Teresa D’Angelo, Dance-Movement Healing Educator and founder of Live Love Move, supporting people of all ages and abilities to find joy in moving.

She knows what it is like to feel debilitated by physical and emotional pain, and how to find joy and pleasure in your body and life again.

“At one point I was lying on the couch most days, in fear of not being able to walk again, let alone teach dance. Most recently, I had my own experience with Covid and its effects. Moving gently is helping me through and I get to practice what I teach.”
